In 2019, Brody Buck and Adaryn Healy started the theatre company Little Lemon Productions in Bellingham, Washington. Together they worked to create theatre opportunities for students by students. With their collective theatre experience and knowledge, they embarked on a mission to build a creative and collaborative space where young voices could truly be heard and valued.
Brody has since left the creative team due to his studies abroad but continues to be involved when he can. The company has grown tremendously due to the continued and dedicated work of Adaryn Healy, with over 4 school districts being represented in recent productions. From theatre arts education for high schooler to elevated and professional productions for all those considered young at heart, Little Lemon Productions continues to serve the Bellingham community.
Over the summer of 2025, Brody began to teach musical theatre choreo classes in partnership with Little Lemon Productions. Taking what he had learned from his most recent cruise contact and his training abroad, he taught four different classes. Varying in genres and open to all levels, the classes provided aide to those wishing to improve their pick-up skills. Running the classes like a dance audition without the pressure of trying to book a role, allowed for students to safely push their limits as dancers and provided opportunities to explore performance and storytelling within the choreo.

Performed at BAAY! (Bellingham Arts Academy for Youth) through Little Lemon Productions
Directors / Producers: Brody Buck and Adaryn Healy
Musical Director: Audrey Fry
Choreographer: Meixing Rain
Little Lemon Productions first show was 13! The Musical. Brody and Adaryn noticed a lack in theatre opportunities for their age group in Whatcom County. Over the summer and took on the challenge of producing a musical themselves as students, for students. Together they pitched the idea to Meixing Rain and Audrey Fry who joined the creative team and later negotiated with BAAY! to secure a rehearsal and performance space. With a cast of of students ages 13-17 and a live band, Brody and Adaryn sold out an entire weekend of four shows produced in just under a month. From designing the set, costumes, and advertisements, to co-directing and staging the full musical, Brody considers this to be the starting point in his career as a creative.
Many thanks to BAAY! for their support in this passion project.

March, 2023
Performed at the Institute of the Arts Barcelona - Studio 3
Created in collaboration with Despoina Antoniou, Lisa Bertrand, Brody Buck, Ella Jones, Raya Radeva, Karina Rest, Joanna Roberts, and Georgia Sialou
Purgatory: The Cabaret! debuted at the Cabaret Festival for MT5 at the Institute of the Arts Barcelona as a one night only cabaret. The theme for the festival was "what could have been" and this international group of students delivered a piece that ended up leaning more towards a mini-musical. This jukebox musical comedy dramatically retells the life of an incompetent twenty-something "Alex" (played by Brody Buck) who spontaneously slips at a cafe hitting his head. Waking up in "Purgatory," Alex witnesses his life being retold through reimagined pop - jazz songs by a cast of showgirls and their never satisfied director. Navigating through a love triangle, living with his parents, and career struggles, it's up to the audience to decided whether Alex is sent to heaven, hell, or gets to wake up from this fever dream of Fosse esque musical numbers.
